In module 6, we discuss the purpose and practice of the breathing room exercise. This is a fuller blown power breath, suggested as a regular practice to work and strengthen the brain. Some call it meditation. Others call it gym or fitness for the brain.
The many benefits include: stress management, self-awareness, clarity, and focus, reducing anxiety and depression, increased creativity, empathy, compassion, and business success. The breathing room exercise is included here as a one-sheet. Note: The mind wanders about 70% of the time. We are not trying to make that stop. It's just what it does, no doubt helping us all along to survive and thrive. We just want to get really good at bringing the mind back. This is how we build that muscle, every time we bring it back.
