Today, we are going to develop in heightened awareness even more. When you are ready, find a place to sit and close your eyes. This is a guided meditation. Let us practice the 5% breaths for five minutes. Practice the 5% breath like this. Like before, counter number each time you begin a cycle of breath until you reach to five.

Then begin again 123 and so forth. Do it at your own pace. Keep the breath natural. And then when you're ready, you can then drop the numbers and simply focus your awareness on the breath Breath out on the breath and the present moment without expecting the next breath to come Okay now, let's use you're counting the numbers, you can drop them and simply focused on each breath in the present moment, keeping the breath as natural as possible. Now we're going to do something different with our weirdness. Now move your awareness away from the physical sensations of the flow of air within the nostrils towards the triangular area on top of the nose.

Try to observe for all kinds of physical sensations that may come up around that area. For instance, there may be an itch, and maybe a throbbing sensation. Simply do your best to detect all forms of physical sensations. If your mind starts wandering off, simply pull yourself back to become aware of the flow of your breath. And once your mind stabilizes, then you can move your awareness towards the area of the nose Again, after 30 minutes in the explanation will be given Okay, time is up. How much were you aware of the physical sensations happening around the nose?

Were you aware of the sensations of the wind blowing against it? Were you aware of the tingling sensations felt from time to time? Were you aware of any posing sensations, throbbing sensations, vibrating sensations. These are just some of the physical sensations You can be aware or realize that we're not looking for a particular form of sensation. We're extraordinary once, we're simply training our mind to become more and more aware of what's happening, and the present moment. Remember that when we try to expect a particular physical sensation, we can begin to imagine something that's not there.

That's pushing ourselves away from the state of awareness of stillness and prisoners. We're simply training your mind to observe the present moment that says, without any judgment, realize that when we declare to our mind, that it's boring. We're judging the practice. And as a result, the practice can go to waste. If we continue to judge as we practiced this, they were not training the mind to simply observe this stillness. With simply following those habits of always reacting in the same way, negatively with judgment, so do your best to simply observe everything you experience with a calm mind.

Later supply the wisdom we have learned to the meditation sessions and to our daily life. Today, whenever you find yourself judging this liking something, for instance, a maybe a person, and maybe an idea, and maybe a food that you have never tried before. Simply go towards the experience without expectations without imagination, and develop the knowing from experience. This is how we develop the habit of not letting our imagination control our lives.
