Welcome to day 14. Up until now we have been going through the body journey from head to toes, toes to head. Why is this? Simply it's to create a structure where we can move our awareness through each part of the body. So realize this No need to strictly follow the body journey from top of head to the toes, from the toes back to the head. If you can create a body journey which covers the whole body, then you can create it if you wish.

But remember to always have a Easy to remember structure. Today we will learn the various ways in which we can expand our experiences within the body journey. Okay, when you're ready, find a place to sit and close your eyes. We're now going to continue the body journey with what we have learned before.
