Welcome to another video this time we will be talking about bathrooms and toilets, how we will be able to find that times and make them productive. So let's have a look at how to be more productive in bathrooms and toilets. So, number one right off the bat is read a book in the bath, right? This might seem like a pre a small thing, like you only probably do it once a week or maybe you're a shower guy. But if you do, if you do take baths then this is a good time for you to relax and meditate and focus on things that you don't normally get to think about in your day to day life. And reading a book is not only satisfying as the process, but it's also relaxing and you're also getting something done in a moment where you fought, you're only doing one thing that wasn't specifically a productive.
Number two would be to learn a new language. So, if you're in the bathroom, if you're on the toilet or a lot, if you're shaving, if you're in the bath, there are multiple opportunities for you to use that space. And that time in order to do something else, in this case, learn a new language, whether it is reading, talking, I guess to yourself using different phrases you've learned, or if it's a learning new language using a specific app on your on your smartphone. Number three, the three The third way to be more productive in bathrooms and toilets is to browse to do list. And I love this one because it's one of those things that you normally don't really think about. When you think about toys, right?
It's, it's not really a time when you're organizing your day, but it could be. So take a, a to do list a, an app on your phone, have a glance at it and think about what you've, what you've accomplished, what are the things you you're you're wanting to do, and start to scratch off a few of those things while you're in the bath. Number four is to send short emails. And if you're like me, you do prefer to sit on the toilet and you've also got your smartphone pretty much anytime with you. And using the active Wi Fi or the mobile internet networks. Think about ways to essentially the most that you normally wouldn't think about So that would mean that you will send emails without actually giving it a lot of thought without allowing your negative thoughts to go into your head and just sending a few outreach emails perhaps or sending replies to people you've sort of neglected.
So this is a perfect time to send those short emails. listen to a podcast while you shave. Now, this is a great opportunity because I usually shave once every two or three days. It usually takes me between maybe 10 to 15 or 20 minutes. And once you start to add those, those times up, you will get to about maybe an hour a week. And again, it's one of those times when you don't really think about it as last time because you go in there.
We our purpose. You presumably get out of the bathroom, cleanly shaven. So you've definitely achieved something. It's definitely not last time per se, but it's not actually time that you've used to, to its full potential. So think about listening to a podcast in those times where you feel you are shaving, and you will feel like you're only doing this one specific thing. Number six, the sixth way to be more productive in bathrooms, or toilets is to read a book synopsis.
And this is an interesting thing to do because having a book read to you is not quite the same as looking through a book shortened version and see if it's, if it's something that might agree with you something that you might possibly enjoy. Maybe it's not something that you might like so it sort of takes away the idea that Oh, you should definitely read this. Maybe people tell you about the book. Imagine a book synopsis, more of of a trailer, right? If you're looking at at movies and you're trying to get yourself interested in in a movie, then the trailer is definitely for you. And a book synopsis could do the same for you in regards to a book.
Number seven is gather your thoughts and then kind of think about a ways in a different in a different manner. gathering your thoughts is important because it allows you to get a clean slate right? That means not focusing in the same way that you would normally look at things, trying to get new ideas and new perspectives, whether you're in the bath whether you're shaving whether you're taking a shower, whether you're on the toilet specifically, just try to eliminate those sort of thoughts that you have in your mind sort of negative thoughts. and gather gather these these up and try to organize organize your ideas in your in your day, while you're in a in a bathroom or toilet. Number eight is to wireframe, your dream app. And you can do this with apps.
You can do this on a piece of paper with just a pen or something to write. Just think about a mobile app that you you've got an idea for and you just Just never really created something for you sort of pushed it aside, but you've always wanted to work on on something of your own. So, try to work on that. Just draw little sketches of what your dream app might be like. And you might find yourself that you've, you're actually making progress in a time where you didn't think you could. The ninth way to be more productive in bathrooms, or toilets is to mind map your master plan.
Now, mind mapping is a process that you can do with a piece of paper and a pen. But you can also do it on on an app on your smartphone, and it It usually starts with a basic idea in the middle, and then you start to create liberal ideas stemming from from that and try To put your master plan, whatever that might be being a launch or a business, trying to create that master plan and make it a more or focused reality, which you could act on. And the last way to be more productive in bathrooms and toilets is to record an audio book in the bath. Now imagine a situation where you're just basically sitting there soaking in the bath. Most of the time, you will be relaxed, you will be the most relaxed that you've ever been in the bath. So think about a way that you could organize your your space in the bath, so that you can talk about the subject that you know a little bit about.
Because those are the times when you you will might be able to create a create the greatest output for for that specific audio book. So this was the video all about how to be more productive in bathrooms and toilets. Thank you for watching, and See you in the next video.
