To give you a solid structured foundation in ITIL® and what should be considered and planned for in order to provide a quality IT service, this learning package will be presented as a series of self-paced learning modules. Each module will contain detailed lessons, narrative, about the lesson, references, tasks, and support materials which are designed to help you learn and prepare towards your ITIL study.

Additionally, there will be opportunities to take sample questions to reinforce your understanding of the ITIL concepts covered as well as provide you with valuable feedback and simulation of the exam experience. This module introduces you to the eLearning course and maps out how the course will move through the content using a lifecycle approach.
