In this section, we are going to do a step by step exercise with working through a subconscious block. Now, you could go ahead and print out the PDF form available which is attached to this section or you can go ahead grab your journal or just grab a piece of paper, but it is important to kind of write all of this out. So go ahead and do that. And then once we are all set, I want you to scan your recent experiences. Now, let's keep it to, you know, maybe the last month because we want it fresh in our mind. But scan your recent experiences and choose an experience that brought some uncomfortable feelings or emotional turmoil within you.

It doesn't have to be extravagant. It can be as simple as someone being rude to you or you know Someone cutting you off on the freeway or you know, you don't want to talk to somebody about a certain situation, whatever it is going through your head right now. That's what we're going to work through. Now, what we're going to do is we're going to define the cause of the discomfort and really super simple terms. So, you know, whatever this discomfort is, we're going to write it so if you're uncomfortable with having a conversation with your sister, or you're gonna write is I'm having, I'm uncomfortable about having to talk to my sister, or I'm uncomfortable because my boss said a passive aggressive comment to me or is it because you know, you got a rude remark from a troll on social media, whatever it may be, write it down.

Now, we need to imagine that the upsetting issue is just This skin around the subconscious block. Now, we need to imagine facing the actual issue. Okay? So converse with it. Why is this event making you feel uncomfortable? Why, you know, we're going to converse with this event, whatever it may be, like I said it could be, you know, not wanting to have a conversation with the loved one or was it because someone was rude to you on Facebook?

Or was it because someone made a passive aggressive comment, it doesn't matter the event, if you felt uncomfortable, we're gonna work through that. So we're going to pretend like we're looking this event straight in the eye and we're going to say you are making me feel angry, you are making me feel upset. You are making me feel uncomfortable. And we're going to allow it to respond. And what it's going to say to you is I'm ready Your friend, I'm trying to show you something. Okay?

So when we're looking at this event straight in the eye from the bird's eye view, this is really just our friend trying to teach us something about something that needs to be healed. So when they say that to you, we are going to go and we're going to say, Show me the lie. Show me the lie that I've been buying into. What am I really afraid of that might happen. And your subconscious block wants you to understand instead of free, that's what we have to remember. So when we are feeling that kind of way, this is a really powerful, really super, super powerful tool that you can use anytime you feel uncomfortable.

So really, you want to converse with this. You want to you want to make it your ally. You don't want to run away from the uncomfortable feelings, you know, you want to face them head on so that they don't happen again. So, what you want to do is you want to just journal about it, what are the things that come up? What are the things? What are the memories that might pop up in your head?

What are the you know, underlying issues that made you feel uncomfortable in the first place? And believe it or not, sometimes those issues that are the actual triggers of the you know, negative emotional response are things that you never thought or things that you never even would imagine were the actual triggers. So go ahead and write this in your journal in the worksheet. And again, you know, keep this in mind when you are doing your shadow work when you're trying to heal you know stuff because we have to remember that our subconscious is Not doesn't want us to sit in our sadness. It wants us to heal these things. That's why these emotions come up.

So go ahead and do that again. Keep this in mind this has been one of the most powerful tools in my life and has really helped me. So I hope you guys enjoyed it.
