In this section we are going to do the happy cells exercise. Now before we dive into the exercise, I want you to think of an area of your body that feels tense right now or has some pain or definitely needs some TLC or some attention. So really kind of hone in on that and and know what part of your body needs some TLC. Right. Now, as we dive in, I want you to find a quiet comfortable spot where you will not be disturbed for a couple minutes. And as you you know, get comfortable, go ahead and close your eyes and become quiet and become centered within yourself.
Now, I want you to To bring your attention to the area of your body that is feeling tense. Since how large this area is I want you to send part of your awareness into this area. Like an investigator with a camera. As your awareness makes its way to this area. Allow yourself to observe some of the images that it's picking up. Now set the intention for this personal investigator of this really tense area to go deeper at a cell level and grab pictures of some of the disturbed cells in the area.
Now take a picture of the cells in this area keep it in your mind's eye Next to this image that you're keeping in your mind's eye, let your DNA memory bank project the image of a perfect, happy, healthy, beautiful picture of the same area. Allow it to overlap. Allow yourself to feel the unhealthy stress cells. come in to a healthy balanced state. Notice how the unhealthy cells are now vibrating at a much higher level. Observe the unhealthy cells as they quickly transform into beautiful, healthy, vibrant states of being As these cells rapidly change, allow a beautiful white light to penetrate the area of tense pressure, allow this white light to completely envelop this area to clear it of all negative cells and energy as this beautiful white Powerful light clears away any negative debris.
Allow yourself to feel the light of this beautiful, beautiful tool to envelop not only the affected area but your whole body. Allow this light to completely transform all negative cells that you hold within your body into positive healthy ones. Feel all the tension that your body is holding completely melt away into the depths of the earth. Bring this light into your heart center, to your heart chakra. Allow this light to stay in your chest area and to completely clear, all negative debris that you hold there Put your hands on your heart center. Allow yourself to express gratitude for this beautiful, white light of pure energy.
As you express gratitude, this white light will now make its way back to the divine holding your gratitude within it Now as we come to a close allow yourself to wiggle your feet and your toes. Take nice three deep breaths and come back into your awareness and gently open your eyes. Allow yourself to feel the difference in your energy. Allow yourself to notice any broken up tension Allow yourself peace
