In this video, I'm going to show you how to automate a huge portion of your lead generation business. So why this is important is because at the end of the day, you're going to be driving lots of leads for your, your client, right? And what that means is that you don't want to have to end up doing this manually, right? When a lead comes when a lead comes in for your client, you don't want to have to manually send an email to your client being like, hey, a lead just came in, please follow up with them and and make sure to close them, right. That's something that you want to have done automatically so that you can take a step back and focus on acquiring more clients are doing the things that actually matter. So what does that look like?

It's us, we use a tool called Zapier so Zapier is free. There's a good thing about it. Only if you're trying to get a little bit more complicated with the tool that you have to pay for tip for what the purposes of what you're doing. It's completely fine to be doing it for free for free. So I want to As they appear really does is it connects a whole bunch of different tools and allows you to automatically do something. So for example, in the case of a tow truck company once someone submits or becomes a lead and submits their name, email and phone number, you would automatically send an email to your client and tell them the lead information right so that they can then call the lead themselves.

So let me show you what that looks like. So first, you would click Make a zap. Right? So then I would want to connect with Click Funnels. And then I would do new contact activity. Right?

And then I would connect that account with Click Funnels. So authorize set up and then our choose the funnel. So for For me, it was the towing services. And then the opt in page. So click Continue, and then sell. They're looking for a sample contact so that we can kind of see kind of what that looks like.

So that means in our case, we actually have to fill us in. So let's go ahead and fill this in. David Lau Oh 3721234 some random things. And then email is test@gmail.com. Right? Hi, driver, contact me ASAP.

Okay. How to use a national email. Smart income today@gmail.com to spot a real email. So don't email that. So once I submit it, I take into the thank you page, right. So now it should populate.

Take some time. Yep. So contact a pulled in. Right, David all my information. So then the trigger right is someone being created in Click Funnels, that's a trigger. Now the next part with the setup the action, right, so the action in our case that we want to set up is an email.

So send outbound email. So once a lead is sent out, I'm going to send it to my client, right? So clients@gmail.com, whoever there it is, and then the subject would be new toe. lead. Right? And then maybe you can, yeah, this new totally.

And then the in the body. What you're going to include is a name, phone number and email, which is what I had to submit here, right name, phone number email. Give your client some options in terms of how to reach out But typically, what you should recommend is that your client calls them. Because, you know, calling, of course is a lot more direct to the consumer. It's, it's allows them to close the potential lead a lot better. But for this case, right, we're gonna include name.

The name is no phone number, phone number, email. Right. So it's populated with the things that I actually entered, because this is using the sample that I just submitted, right? shocker fields. And then what you also want to do probably is from name was let's just say you're called Smart income today. And then the BCC BCC just means if you're not familiar with it means that when use when an email gets sent out You will also get a copy of the email, but your client will not see that, right?

So this is more so that you can keep track and see how at your ads are performing and that your client is getting leads. It's just to cut it's kind of more of a sanity check to, to confirm that everything's working. Okay, so Okay, so let's do that and then continue. So I'm not gonna, I'm gonna skip this test just because I'm using a pulpit to fake emails, but the idea is that you would want to actually send a test and try it out. So skip test, finish. And now we're going to name this tow truck sample.

Right? And then that's that and then you turn it on and you're good, whatever. So I have to I have to verify this email address for this app. But to start, I have to verify the email of this account to get it running. But the idea is that this is how you would set it up. Right?

You turn it on, and then from there going forward, once it's on, all you have to do, there's not actually sorry, there's nothing you have to do. Now you just have to focus on the ads themselves as opposed to having to worry about whether or not your client got the leads, right. So you obviously do a whole bunch of tests first, to make sure that everything's working. But for the most part, this is what it looks like. That's automation.
