Okay, welcome to mastering FB advertising. Um, in this video series, we're going to be talking about how to create effective ads on Facebook and start reaching out to potential customers with your offers. And Facebook is the biggest social media website on the planet. And it's approaching a billion users in the near future. You know, they just had a multi billion dollar IPO, which adds a hefty budget to the picture, so which will no doubt lead to more market share and future developments. But they have so much data on consumers that it's become one of the most effective advertising platforms that's ever existed.
So with this in mind, it's not easy to make money by promoting things on Facebook. Okay, so in this video series, we're not going to be telling you that it's the simplest thing you've ever done. However, if you can master Facebook advertising and create compelling ads that people actually click on, and then tighten up your offer to where you have conversions. conversions, then you can make a lot of money promoting things on Facebook. So this course is really designed to give you a lot of tools and knowledge before you can start using Facebook ads like the pros. So over the next few videos, I'm going to be going over different things with you.
In these first few videos, we're going to be talking about exactly how to find the right niche. We're talking about where to find offers, how to use one of our favorite payment processors. And then also at the end, we'll be talking about how to set up your website and blog. Because Facebook is and I'll talk about this again, but Facebook is really strict about actually sending people directly to affiliate offers, okay, so if you're not promoting your own product and you're promoting someone else's product, you don't necessarily want to send somebody straight to an affiliate offer. Okay, you want to send people to your own blog where you create a review or create some kind of website. It talks about the product, and then has a link people can click on to end up buying your product and we'll talk more about this but you know, really creating good quality content is also the best way to increase your conversions and increase your sales, okay, even if you're an affiliate.
So in this video, I just want to show you a couple cool places you can go if you're still trying to figure out you know, what niche you want to target what you want to do. And I'm a big proponent of targeting what we call the big three, which means you know, target health and weight loss, you know, dieting, things like that. dating and relationship advice, that's a that's a big one on Facebook, and then also making money online. Okay, so if you've been on Facebook, you've probably seen a lot of different ads pertaining to those separate areas. And they may be more niche down into a specific area of of those areas but the end of the day. These are the big areas That everybody cares about for the most part.
And if you don't have one of these areas handled in your life, then, you know, sometimes life can be difficult, it can be hard to move on to the bigger picture of things because you're still worried about some of the some of the basics. So, you know, that's one way to look at it. Another way to look at it is if there's something that you're really passionate about, that you really know a lot about, if you're an expert, then you can also essentially create product or promote products in your niche. Just want to make sure that you do the proper research to make sure that you can make money promoting what you want to promote. Okay, so there's great tools out there where you can do your keyword research, like the Google Keyword Tool, where you can go and research your keywords to make sure that you know people are actually searching and looking for what you're offering.
Okay. Now, since we're not trying to rank in the search engines in this course, this is an all about SEO, we're actually going to be talking about media buying and we Buying specifically on Facebook. You know, it's not as big of a deal. But when you use the Google Keyword Tool, what it's going to tell you is actually what people are searching for, and who, how competitive these keywords are in Google AdWords, okay, which is Google's advertising platform, which is going to help you a lot. And the whole Facebook space as well. Okay.
So we've found that there's a lot of crossover between what's working on Google and what's working in Facebook, there's different techniques. But for the most part, you know, if somebody's interested in what you're selling, and you have a compelling ad, they're gonna click on it. And that's what this whole course is designed to teach you how to do. So if you're still, you know, looking for a niche, and you're not really sure, the first place I want to take you to here is Google Trends. Google Trends is great for finding Hot Trends to match product offerings with Okay, so, you know, knowing kind of what's happening you can see down here, there's, you know, these are the top trends Right now UFC so maybe you you maybe you want to promote a product on you know how to become a fighter Wimbledon right now that's going on we've got Ray Allen so there's actually a great product on Clickbank called I think it's the it's I forget the name of it but it's all about how to jump higher and become better basketball.
Okay, so if there's a lot of people looking searching for Ray Allen you know basically Ray Allen is going to start playing for the Lakers, okay so that's a big deal where I am in Los Angeles everybody's pretty excited about that. So he's getting a lot of, you know, searches. Okay. So maybe if you have an ad with Ray Allen, and you're also promoting, you know, playing basketball, you know, obviously that would probably help you but that's something you have to get Ray Allen's endorsements. I'm not saying we can necessarily do that. But you can see if it's a very popular subject, it's if it's a high trending subject, then having that in your ad will definitely Help your clicks and get people to click on your ad and then your click through rate.
So this will just kind of show, you know, google.com slash trends, kind of what's trending right now. And you can click here and get more hot searches, get all kinds of ideas for different ways to attack the market. You also go to Google insights. It's also another great tool for finding trends in the marketplace, you just come to Google insights. Here, you can narrow by category seasonality, geographic distribution properties, just type your search terms in here and you can find out a lot that's going on. I mean, the search engines which is going to help you with your ad as well, okay, so if you're basically new, I would just, I would suggest trying to target something in the one of the big three, okay, that's the best way to get started.
And then once you become really great at ad buying and getting conversions and clicks and you start getting deals with Some of the major advertising companies like Facebook ads to where they're actually giving you credit, then you can kind of move on to something more niche down. But right now I say why not go after the market that's already there. It's already big. And then internet time machines, kind of a cool little area here, internet time, machine calm. I'm here internet Time Machine calm. You can see plenty on the demand side with other sites like Google Trends.
But what most people think about is the supply. Okay, so internet, Time Machine comm is a great place to see how many people are in a potential niche that you want to get into. Okay, with this, you can see all kinds of cool data about the competition, all right, which is which is awesome. Okay, so I think they want you to enter your names if an email in your 24 hour membership pass, and then you can kind of check some things out. I think they also have a paid version where you can you can pay but what you can do is just come down here, or you can learn more about internet Time Machine latest blog. Top 10 ideas here you can just click on trends.
And he's got videos about some of the latest trends and areas that people are getting into. And there's all kinds of stuff like this. So the bottom line the main point of this video is just to let you know that you know, you want to do your research, okay, you want to go on, see what's trending, see what's popular. And then from there, you can kind of figure out something that you know, it's already popular right now, people are probably going to click on it, it's it's definitely something that's going to help your ad as far as people clicking on your ad and going to your offer. And then your offer can be a little bit more generalized. It can be more about you know, specifically about your product and how it can help.
But sometimes that going after some of these trends is a great technique to you know, just get in front of the traffic that's already kind of looking and wanting to know more about this sort of thing, whatever it is.
