Welcome back. The objective of today's lesson is for you to understand the importance of visibility and for you to create a couple of different pathways that will make it easy for people to find you. I want to start out by establishing that visibility is untracked success Principle number four. I also want to address that throughout the previous lessons 123 we have been primarily focused on establishing your inner foundation for success. In today's lesson, we will begin to warm up for you to take the next step, which you need to take for you to get your project out of your head and into the world which will be all about taking action. I want to begin by saying that when you have something important at stake, it is common Let's some fears may be showing up for you.
The most common fears that I see show up a twofold. Number one, the fear of failure and the fear of not being good enough. And then on the other hand, quite contrary, number two, believe it or not fear of success. I know we already talked about this, but it all has a lot to do with your mindset. So if you haven't done so already, it can always be helpful to go back and take a look at your belief system. Believe me, it's a very fruitful place to go back to over and over again to uncover which beliefs may be holding you back to break through the barriers that you may be experiencing.
That's one other place that I'd like you to take a look at. And that is all about family history. For example, it could be That when you were growing up as a child, you weren't really encouraged to express yourself too much. Maybe you can relate. I know for me, when I grew up, I had a good father. But he was also very critical.
And this fear of criticism played a major part in what was holding me back for many years. So if this piece resonates with you, you may also want to take a brief look at your family history. Here's the thing. If you like to get your work out there in the world, you simply cannot stay the best kept secret in the world. You have got to create pathways so that people can easily find your work. This is all about showing up in the world and let the world know who you are and what it is that you do.
The great news is that the Persian poet Rumi once said that we You seek is also seeking you. In other words, the people that you seek are also seeking you. But you got to make it easy for those people to find you. The great news is that today, there are so many different exciting pathways that you get to choose from. Could it be that you would like to establish your own YouTube channel, youtube could be a great place for you to expose your work, as it is such a great search engine and will really help people find you. It could also be that you'd like to write a blog post or say Facebook and then share it and Instagram or whatever social media that you prefer for you to increase your visibility.
I really encourage you to choose 123 different pathways that you may feel a little shaking in your boots spout but Also that will have you really motivated and excited about the work that you do. I also want to mention that should the inner critic show up and you may be experienced these various kinds of resistance that we talked about, you can always go back to your commitment. Take a look at your why and understand and reconnect to why it is that you do what you do, what it is that you want out of it, and how you want to feel by the end of the day, you know, the personal fulfillment that comes with getting your work out of your head and into the world. To sum it all up. Today we talked about the importance of visibility and for you to choose 123 different pathways that will have your work be visible to the world.
