I want to start out by giving you a quick overview of how the contract method designed. That way you get the basic idea about how it works and how you can apply it to reach your goals. Imagine that you are standing inside the contract man.
You understand? To get from where you are today to where you want to be. Your first step would be to get very clear about your commitment. Your commitment is the entrance point to the contract, man. This is where you start. This path all has to do with your vision, your mission and your values.
What is it You want? Why do you want? and not least, how will it make you feel at the end of your day when you have reached your goals? It is important to keep in mind that not only is your commitment an entry point, it is also a place that you can go back to over and over again to re commit to your goals.
