Welcome. In this lesson, you will be given an example of how the untracked map works in practice, so that you can apply your project to the unchecked map and get it out of your head and into the world. To make the most out of this lesson, if you haven't done so already, I suggest that you go back to the previous video, so that you gain a basic understanding of how the untracked map is designed. That way, you will be ready to apply your own project to the untracked map so that you can get it out of your head and into the world. Let's get started Shall we? To make it simple.
We will start out with the example that your goal is to write your first book. As we all know, the story of writing your first book can feel quite overwhelming and sometimes it can be tempting to give up But by using the untracked map and it's five success principles, you will gain the clarity and focus that you need so that you will know what next step to take towards your goal so that your book doesn't just stay in your head but actually gets out in the world. The very first step that you need to take is to clearly identify your goal and to commit to it by writing it down in the commitment area on your untracked map. Once you have done so, you may want to have some fun with it and place a picture of yourself as an author inside of the spa. Although this path may feel a little silly to begin with, I promise you that the power of your imagination is a very efficient tool that will help train your brain to identify your goal is every entity.
Now that you have your commitment in place your next Is to activate the five attract success principles so that each of the principles can support you in writing your book and becoming a published author. We will begin with self care, which is the untracked success Principle number one, self care is all about making sure that you actually have the entity that it takes to write your book. I ensure that you have probably heard about Maslow's hierarchy of needs. This can be very helpful to keep in mind while practicing your self care practices. The objective is for you to choose 123 focus points that will help activate your self care practices. It could be for example for you to establish a daily self care practice that includes meditation, body exercise, and to make sure that you take short pauses throughout your workday.
You Next step is to activate your intuition, which is untracked success Principle number two, it is important for me to say that you may prefer to refer to your intuition as your gut feeling, and that is totally fine. The bottom line is that this principle has more to do with your senses and your emotions than it has to do with your analytical mind and rational thinking, which we will be getting to in the mind mastery success principle section. For now, I want you to identify how your intuition could support you in getting your book written. Quite often, we do have a gut feeling which is giving us very clear directions. But we also often dismiss this information, which could be about the title or subject of your book. Sometimes we dismiss what our intuition is telling us because our minds are too Basically to tune into our intuition.
But it could also be that you fear trusting your intuition, thinking that it is perhaps a little bit too move. However, I am sure that you have probably often also had the experience that what your gut feeling was telling you was spot on. And had you simply trusted it enough to act on it, you could have make your decision a lot faster, which would have saved you a lot of time and a lot of headache. Maybe you are already quite good at listening to your intuition, so that it support you in making your decisions. In any case, the objective is that you choose between 123 focus points that will activate your intuition so that it can support you in getting your book written. For example, listen to your intuition.
Trust your intuition. At Your intuition, the spread untracked success principle that you need to activate is to master your mind. Now, mastering your mind really is a very vast subject. Sometimes it is easier said than done. So for the purpose of this lesson, we will keep it as simple as we possibly can. Basically speaking, your mind can either support you or it could be holding you back.
Again, the objective is for you to choose 123 focus points that will help you master your mind so that your mind gets to support you in writing your first book, for example, by establishing a positive inner dialogue or taking a look at your belief system, or identify if you are sabotaging your own success. Although it may sound strange to you that we would actually sabotage our own success. So sabotage actually is quite common. The thing is, we don't know what we don't know. More often than not, we applied to how we may actually be self sabotaging our own success. The thoughts on track success principle that you need to activate is about visibility.
This is all about showing up in the world and let it know what you are doing. When we have something important at stake, it can be very tempting to hide because we feel too vulnerable and perhaps afraid to get our feelings hurt. But you don't want to stay the best kept secret in the world. In this case, you want to let the world know that you are writing a book. This could also be about setting healthy boundaries, so that you do not let other people step over you and the goals that you have in mind. Again, the objective is that you choose 123 focus points that will help increase your visibility.
For example, by writing a weekly blog post, join a networking meeting up to a speaking engagement. The fifth and final success principle that you need to activate is all about taking action. Let's face it, even if you activate on track success Principle number one to fall, nothing much would happen as far as getting your book written and bring it out to the world unless you take some kind of action. Let's recap really fast. You have been introduced to the untracked success Principle number 123. self care, intuition and mind mastery, which all has a lot to do with the inner work that you need to do to prepare yourself for having your book be a success, attract success Principle number four, which was about visibility had to warm up to the final step, which is all about taking action and doing our work that has your book be a success, and you becoming a published author.
Your job is to write the book. No one can do it for you. But the very good news is that it need not be as difficult as you might be thinking. It is all about having a focused intention and a structure to support you every step of the way. Again, when it comes to action, the objective is for you to choose 123 focus points that will support you in taking action. For example, set up a daily writing routine of say, two times 30 minutes and set a timer to help keep your timeframe.
Focus on your progress and know that you do not need to get it perfect to begin with. The important part is that you start where you are and that you commit to your goal. You will learn as you go. I don't know about you, but I find that there's something about deadlines that actually support me in getting it all done. In my own experience, setting aside a specific time each day and using the timer has really supported me in getting my work done. I used to do intervals of 45 minutes of focused writing, but I actually found that I am more productive when I have more breaks.
So today, I only do intervals of 30 minutes of focused writing, and then I paused for approximately five minutes. I personally believe it is very important for the brain to get those breaks. But you get to experiment for yourself and see what works best for you.
