Grounding, moving, breathing. First slowly, mindfully connecting to your being and with awareness moving deeper into the practice as the sequence and the practice unfolds for you.
Remember to practice on an empty stomach (not starving as you do need your strength) and if practicing after a meal please wait for at least one hour before your practice.
Remember to listen to your being as you ground and center in the beginning as well as the end here we find our inner compass to guide our way forward.
