Can you make up a story? You could. But chances are, that's just much harder to do than telling a real story about a real conversation you had with a real person about a real problem. So I don't recommend making up stories that's different from retelling a story that you've heard from a third party or someone else told you about it. But just to make up something about a fictitious client having a fictitious conversation, that's going to be harder for you to say, and remember, it's also going to be harder for your audience because chances are you're going to leave things out. So I don't recommend making up stories now.
Can you blend together a couple of different scenarios and stories and a couple of different clients and make it a composite? Yeah, you can do that. But more often, it's easier to just focus on one real person one real story
