A gel manifesto is a kind of document which is about the GL philosophy. This philosophy is based on four values and 12 principles. Please note that science we are speaking about Scrum and my course on Scrum with consider it as a subset of agile approach. We should also consider four main values and develop principles which are described in Agile Manifesto.
