Let's start exploration of Scrum. But before we will actually start digging into the details, what is Scrum? Well, let's talk about approaches or workflows that are used to nowadays. So to make a summary, I will say that dualism are dominating and nowadays, so we'll we'll review them in first again, they have a traditional or waterfall alike approach. This approach is used among many industries in different companies. Many people who actually work on their project could use a kind of variation of traditional approach was even never seen goza because it's pretty natural to us.

To not sort of come to have an agenda approach, and gel is a relatively new approach. And it's not so popular overall, but it's very popular especially in the software development industry. And we need to to bear in mind that Scrum is a subset of agile approach. So, when you turn those down, muscles them at least the core features of each approach or nature of each. And therefore, during the next couple of lessons, we will review their traditional approach, its advantages and disadvantages, and the gel approach with these advantages and disadvantages, so that you will have full picture and from that point we'll start educational, Scrum and actual exploration of Scrum directly.
