So we will be learning what exactly is disturbing your sleep, what might be causing your poor sleep or inability to fall asleep fast or stay asleep all night, we will be focusing on sleep enhancers. So basically, sleep enhancers are things that can replace sleep disruptors. So, we will be learning what they are and how you can implement them in your in your life, how you can replace sleep disruptors with sleep enhancing alternatives.
We also will go through ideal environment for sleep which you will learn in this class is that once you create ideal environment for sleep in your home. You can take that environment with you wherever you travel and create that environment in different place outside your home. So you will learn what is the ideal environment for home and how you can create it. I will also take you through a method that I find very helpful when I work with my patients, teaching them to fall asleep fast and have better sleep through the night and also if you do work hard through the night, you practice this method again, in your bed you don't need to get out of bed for this method and it will put you back to sleep. In no time. You can also practice this method when you wake up in the morning to have a fantastic day.
