You begin Week 12 with an examination of the Basic Personal Assumptions which you have about yourself and some ways to overcome the negative ones.
You look at where your present relationships are, on an unhealthy to healthy scale, and develop some strategies to work on deficiencies. You determine if your relationships were either overly dependent or overly independent and look at ways to correct them, create balance, and find new freedom and happiness.
You had little or no control over the story you were raised in but you can write the ending. Remember: You didn't come this far to only come this far.
