In Week 11, you learn of the necessity of grief as part of the process of letting go and moving on. We all experience losses in our lives. It could be relationship losses, job losses, loss of friends, deaths, or the loss of the pictures we have painted in our minds of how things were or might have been.
Unprocessed grief will always have its way with you so you will look at the various areas of your life where you are experiencing grief and you are given a method for helping you process it.
