In Weeks 1-5 you examined the family of origin and its dysfunction. In Week 6 you begin to look at moving toward a healthier belief in yourself. You will begin to move away from the need or feel that your happiness and self-actualization depend on others - towards a healthy belief in yourself, that you are worthy, and that living authentically isn't about measuring up to anybody else's expectations.
You will also complete a brief chronological review of significant events in your life and then start to evaluate your current relationships and how your history is playing a role in them.
