In this lecture, I want to show you how to print out your calendar and also the styles that are available. So let's make sure we're in the calendar app, we'll go to the File tab. So we can go to the backstage. And we're going to click Print. From here, we can come down and choose the style of calendar we want. And the nice thing is it's going to show us a preview of each one, so we can see exactly how it's going to print out.
So for instance, the daily style is going to show us the day. We click on this and bring it in a little bit more. You'll see the tasks and the notes for the day. We switch to the weekly style. We've got the entire week, and it lists exactly the appointments we have not any other times on there just when we have appointments. We go to the weekly calendar style is going to show us the week but it's going to show us all the times within that week and whether we have an appointment on it or not.
We go to the monthly style. It gives us a full printout of the month and each of the appointments Sit on the day within that month, the trifold is going to show us the day, it's going to show us the daily task list. And then it's going to show us the week. And finally, calendar details, this is going to list the day, it's going to list the appointments for the day. And it's also going to give us all the details for each appointment. So anything that was listed within the body of the appointment is going to be listed in this view, once we choose the one we want, so for instance, if we want to print out the monthly style, we're going to come into the print options.
And we're going to choose the range. So for instance, if I wanted August through September, I'll start at August 1, and I'll end on September 30. High details for a private appointments, checking that will hide any details. If you've set an appointment and marked it as private, it's not going to put it on the calendar. Then we can choose how many copies we want. We can preview it and then we can print it And that's how you print out your calendar.
Remember, it's done through backstage print, choose the settings you want, and go in and choose the date range that you want.
