Let's do a summary of what we've gone over in the contacts section. From within the contacts group, we've got our home, which is our default tab. From there we have the new group where we can do groups, new contact groups, create new items and do a new contact. If we come over to the share group, this is where we can share our contacts out or open Shared Contacts. Under the tags group is where we would mark any of our contacts as private. The group's group is where we would come to create a new group, and we can also browse our groups if we need to make changes.

There are multiple ways that we can create contacts. The first way is from the Home tab, new group new contact, fill in our information for our contact and click Save and Close. We can also do the shortcut key Ctrl Shift C. And that will take us into of create a contact. We go to our email, you can do a right click on the center of an email and click Add to contacts and this will add them to your contact list. fill in the information and click Save. To edit a contact.

Let's go back to our contact list. Double click on the Contact, make any changes to it you need to and click save and close you can create a new contact group, which is the same as distribution list by going to the Home tab, new group and clicking New contact group. Give it a name and add the members to it. To add members you come over to the members group click Add members and you have three options from your Outlook contacts from your address book, and a new email contact. Once you have your group set up, click Save and Close and it will save it to your system. You can create a new group by clicking New from the new group area in the home tab.

Give it a name and determine whether you want it to be a public or private group. Remember groups are different than contact groups because they have a shared workspace for emails, conversations, files, and calendar events. And this allows them to collaborate and add accessing information as a group. Once you fill out your group, you click OK. And then it will prompt you to add the members. To share out your contacts, you come to the share group and click Share contacts. If you want to share an individual contact, you can do a right click and choose forward.

To print your contacts, we go to File, Print. choose how you want it to print, whether as a table style or memo style after you've selected what you want to print, and click the Print button. That's a quick overview of what we've gone over in the contacts section. And now you're ready to begin creating contacts contact groups and groups.
