I will start by giving you some background information on the 12 bar blues before we dive into your first solo. If you're an intermediate player, this first solo is probably more or less the level you're currently playing at. In the rest of the course, we will take a look at the blue scale, soloing using chord tones, creating tension and release, structuring your solos. And in the end, we'll take a look at some of the variations of the 12 bar blues that you might come across.
