Okay, lesson number 12. This is going to be one of my favorite lessons, I love talking about this. And it's called the law of vibration and thought, In this lesson, we're going to have just a little bit of fun and we're going to divert just for a second. And I want to allow you to have a more fully understanding and appreciation of reprogramming the feeling of anxiety. Now I'm going to start touching upon a subject that has literally changed my life. And this topic has been something which just fascinated me to my very core, and it's the secret behind the secret of the law of attraction.
And it's the secret to making money or having incredible relationships is the secret to happiness and success, but it's also So the reason why so many of us live quiet lives of desperation or sadness, why many men and women fail to achieve what they really want out of life and it's also the secret behind anxiety. When I was about 10 years old, a group of friends and I were were riding our bikes to the next town, which was only maybe about three miles away very, very short distance. A mile. My hometown is so small that it doesn't even have one stoplight even today. And on this particular day, it was summer, and we were out of school, we wanted to go to the swimming pool and meet some of our friends. It was a perfectly hot summer day nothing but being kids was on the agenda.
And we were riding our bikes halfway there. There was a car that passed by his and it was pulling in and out of the carpet. We hit a box and the trailer door became open. And a whole bunch of books fell out onto the road but the car just kept going. And my friends and I were like kind of surprised and shocked. And so my friends and I had stopped and we piled the books off to the side of the road.
And we were thinking that the owners would, you know, turn right around and notice that all their books were gone. Well, not all of them, but it was a couple hundred that actually fell out. And they would, you know, come get them. So we piled them up, and we continued on our journey to the swimming pool. There was one book that caught my eye, and it was rather interesting, I was a very big reader as a kid. And there was a word in the title of his book I'd never seen before, and the word was transmutation.
And you know that I call myself a transmutation coach. So that word is very, very important to me. And I was probably about 10 years old at this time, and I didn't think much about it at that moment. But as we started to ride our bikes and head to the swimming pool, the word stuck in my mind. And I remember stacking that book on the very top because I I was stalking the other ones I just couldn't put down for a second. Well, anyways, off we went.
And after a fun day frolicking with friends and playing, go home. And guess what, on our way home, all of those books were still there. And it had been ours. And so we had realized that the owners were not going to return and get their books. So we gathered up as many as we could, and we took them home. And this particular book, it talked about some principles, and the principles or principles were called the laws of the universe.
In fact, it's fascinating, fascinated me. And as I read on one of those was the law of vibration. And what's the difference between a lot of theory? Well, a theory is somebody's best guess. People, you know, have been testing theories to see if they can prove them in a lot of different circumstances and with enough proof and enough testing, and then Understanding that becomes law like the law of gravity. And we don't call it the theory of gravity, we call it the law of gravity.
And you don't have to believe in gravity to feel the effects of gravity. And as we spoke about in the last lesson, we can use our conscious mind to accept or reject any idea. So you can choose to deny or reject the law of gravity. You could try to test it out by climbing up on your roof and jumping off. But very quickly, you're going to become a believer. So a law is the law.
Now this particular book was describing the law of vibration. Basically, it stated that everything vibrates, everything is always in motion. Nothing ever rest and everything moves it vibrates at circles or rises and falls. And every solid object even vibrated in this kind of facet of aid. Are this really fascinating to me? So the table the chairs, the walls, rocks, trees, whatever, I mean, rocks I mean, surely not a rock.
Yes. Given a rock, how about a piece of steel? Yep, even at two vibrates. So it's a law of vibration says that everything vibrates constantly, and it's always in motion. So what about a simple thought? Well, the answer to that is, well, yes.
Even our thoughts vibrate. Now, at this point, you might be saying, Jamie, come on, my thoughts don't vibrate. Some people say that Seeing is believing. And if they can't see it, then it's not real. So if they can't see it vibrating that must not be vibrating to them. So test me, go ahead and look around the room that you're in.
Or if you're listening to this and driving your car, I mean, just look at the steering wheel. See if it's vibrating, go ahead. I'll wait a couple seconds. All right, so maybe you didn't see it with your physical eyes. So use one of your other physical senses. If you can't see it, maybe you can hear it with your ears.
Or maybe if you Put your hand on the wall. Maybe you can feel it vibrating. So touches another physical sense. So maybe that'll work. Right. All right.
So thank you have me stumped. Well, we already talked about the fact that perhaps your five physical senses are very limited. Maybe we need some additional tools to see if solids vibrate. What about different types of say, a microscopes or an electron microscope? Yeah. Those actually do prove that indeed, everything vibrates.
I mean, if you can see it, it is real, right? Well, scientists have been using these types of specialist tools for a very long time. In fact, the first physicists to file for a patent for heaven's sake, for the prototype of an electron microscope was in 1931. So we now have proof that everything vibrates because man can see it with our own eyes. The difference between a table and chair is nothing more than the different vibe That those particular objects, they look different to our eyeballs because they vibrate at different frequencies. So what about thoughts?
Do your thoughts vibrate? Do your thoughts create vibrations? do different thoughts vibrate at different vibrations or different frequencies? Another term for vibration is frequency or a pulse or a tremor or shaking? Or how about a wave? Well, you get the point, right?
So let's take a look at our thoughts. Remember that our brain is not only an organ, but it is the most complex organ in our body. And your brain is made up of billions and billions of nerve cells. And they're connected through an amazing complex network, and how did they get connected? That's right. When we were born, we were an open book, and we began to experience life.
So the thoughts, the images and the ideas about life were impressed upon us and our brains begin to make all these neural connections. So maybe one of the friends connections that we made is a feeling of pain and pleasure. For example, we learned that if our tummy now we didn't know what to call it as a baby, but if it was empty, we cried. Both of those things are vibrations. Now we would get food, which is another vibration, and maybe a mommy which fetus and a son that we felt that feeling in our belly. We knew innately that if we cried something, we put something in our mouth, and bingo, a neural network was created.
Later we learn to identify that something is mommy and her mommy would feed us and so it continued and all those things are vibrations. So back to our thoughts are your thoughts of vibration or frequency? Absolutely. In fact, we now have what are called EEG s or that stands for electroencephalography. Now this is a type of cell tower where we can put sticky probe on our scalp and at the end of the probe, we can Pick up a signal from a brain. And that signal will travel up a wire to a computer.
And that computer will then be hooked to a monitor. And it's going to send that weight from our brain all the way to the monitor. And voila, it's going to show up there. And people know how to read that language or that frequency. And when we change our thought patterns, we can see the brainwaves change on the monitor. So we know how to capture the signal, and we know how to interpret it.
And we can read our thoughts literally have a computer monitor. Well guess what that sounds like? Well remember when I made the cell phone signal that was sent out into space and it was picked up by the cell tower, and then that signal was relayed to your phone works exactly the same way. So when we think that thought, it actually has a vibration and we can pick it up through the vibrations of specialized equipment. So what if you hire that specialized equipment So we now have that modern day science can endorse the idea that every atom and every molecule vibrates at a certain motion or speed or frequency. everything, including a thought can be picked up by a receiver.
And if you know how to decode the frequency, wow, you can understand it. frequency, vibration, thought, energy, emotion. Hmm, emotion. It all has a language of its own. Now I like to think of emotion as energy emotion. So go ahead, complete the exercises in your workbook and I will see you in the next lesson.
