Okay, lesson number 13 the flow of anxiety energy, this is going to be interesting. Okay, so let's start to decode and reprogram. It is my intention in this lesson for you to see or create a picture of how the energy flows, starting with the image in our mind. So let's go ahead and pull up the stick figure, we have the mind and the body. On top of the conscious mind we have our five physical senses. And we draw the picture with the cell tower radars.

And again, we have the five physical senses they are see hear, smell, taste, and touch. And again, we can call the physical senses are lower senses. So most people use their five physical senses To interpret information, which are all the signals of our world, our environment, or the signals, which are all around us, the interactions with our friends, our family, the media, our careers, our schooling, I mean, you name it everything. And we know that our conscious mind can also be called our thinking mind. And when we receive the this information, which is the signals from around the world, we think, and so how do we think? Well, we think in pictures, images, we can also call this the conscious mind or the reason mind and it is our ability to reason which is one of our six higher senses.

And that gives us the choice to either accept or reject information. So again, when we've received this information, it is with our reason capabilities that we either reject or accept these images or that information. And it is only the conscious mind or the reason mind that has this capability and we developed our critical filters as adults, which which we've learned through the many years of experiences in the how we have interpreted those experiences based upon the many pluses and the minuses, which have created all these neural connections in our brains. Now we can either choose to accept these images as factor truth, or we can reject them entirely as either fiction or non truth. If we accept the image or the experience as truth, it passes through the critical filter into the unconscious mind. And the unconscious mind has no choice.

Everything that passes through our filter is now law, to the unconscious mind. That GPS just started moving in a direction with that conscious mind. And that conscious mind gave the unconscious mind that control and that's what it does. the unconscious mind or that internal GPS just accepted as fact and no matter what you've been Believe in whatever you accept, it is true, nobody's going to change your mind unless you change your mind. So now based on the internal guidance system, which is the paradigms and the belief systems and the habits of a lifetime of thinking, which allows the critical filter to determine whether or not the thought or the image is going to even penetrate through the filter, and get into our unconscious mind. So it is our unconscious mind that has all of our internal coding, it's everything and it immediately begins to fulfill or operate in accordance to your belief systems.

Now, we also know that we could label the unconscious mind, the emotional mind, Hmm, this is interesting now, the emotional mind. Alright. Remember, this has its basis in the primal mind, which is the director of And the guardian of any perceived threat or danger. But when the thought or an energy since we were talking in the last lesson, we know that that our energy, and it funnels into that critical filter. It is then where we begin to experience emotion. And like I said, I like to refer to emotion sometimes as energy emotion.

So energy in motion becomes our emotion. So this has a combination of hormones that we've talked about in in previous lessons. And these hormones come from the coding from your past. And these hormones, or this influx of energy now creates motion. And this motion is emotion. And when emotion can either be labeled either positive or negative, and when you're excited, it's positive and when you're sad, it's negative.

And when you're elated, Things are going well, you have positive motion or positive emotion. And when you're sad and depressed or feeling anxiety, it's negative emotion. And the determination of whether it's positive or negative is based upon what? It's based upon your internal guidance systems, how you've interpreted the world, how you've been coded so far. So we can even say that it's also our self image. Well, how do we see the image of ourselves in certain circumstances or in every circumstance, how we see ourselves will be determined on how we either react which is negative or respond positive.

And we draw upon not only the five physical senses, but also the other higher senses, which is maybe one of them is memory, hmm. Now, another higher senses perception. So based on how the information is received through the critical filter, for example, will determine whether or not we either react or respond. So based on In our state in which we are receiving this information, it could also determine whether we fight or flight or freeze in a reaction or calmly respond in a positive manner to the information. But this emotion or energy in motion is now trapped into our internal guidance system. And this giving our internal guidance system this direction, and it resonates Think of it as a vibration.

And it vibrates between and creates, if you will, that connection between our thought which is spiritual because it's, let's just say that it's coming from from outside of us, or esoterical and the body which is physical Hmm. So thoughts spiritual body physical, and based upon our interpretation of our past coding of the top or the image is going to determine which emotion triggers, if any, or which hormones, if any, are released, which is then manifested into the body. So when we interpret information, which is fun and exciting, our bodies rejoice and we get very excited. And you can literally see people feeling happy, not only through their smiles on their face and the light in their eyes, but also in their emotion or their vibration that shows in their body and have some someone smiles at you, for example, and you tend to feel that emotion.

You generally smile right back, don't you? Now, if the image is interpreted as negative, hmm, that emotion or energy in motion can turn into a different vibration which is also exhibited in the body. When we are sad and depressed. You know, we talked differently our body visually looks in apps and especially feels different than when we're happy and excited and elated. Now, based upon the manifestation of that vibration in our body, which is originated through the conscious mind, and filtered through the critical filter, based upon years of coding, determined by our garden system, then we have a vibration that represents itself in the body in the physical body in which we live. And based upon its actions, which is our body's actions in our responses in our body will determine the results or the outcome of that original thought or input.

Now, you might be saying, Jamie, why are you repeating this so many times? Remember that PT to battery story, REM s. repetition is the mother of all learning and I want you to learn this so that you can eliminate anxiety and get rid of it and start living your life the way that you want to. Is that fair enough? All right. Okay, let's go ahead and break down anxiety in a timeline and use the power of your imagination to see what is happening in the body. Let's use a simple example.

Let's say that you're a student, and you have a test coming up. As soon as one or several of your five physical senses pick up that information, either by reading about it or hearing about it from from the professor or the teacher. All of a sudden now, you are immediately going to interpret that information. If the image of test is perceived as a threat, the alarm bell goes off. What is it? Well, based upon the coding from your past, does your past have negative coding towards tests?

Perhaps you've been told that you're not smart enough or perhaps you believe that you're not smart enough or maybe you've experienced a failing test score so many times in the past, or if you don't do well enough? You're going to receive criticism. And we call this what rejection by someone who you place as an authority over you. Or maybe you fear that you're going to lose approval by that someone or some group. Now the thought or image of a test is now entered into the conscious mind and your thinking mind and your reason mind and your critical mind at the same time. And if your past coding has been negative, or you feel threat, your primal mind kicks in.

And now all the hormones go into play. Remember Alpha team and Charlie team. So you sit in that vibration, your reason mind is going to struggle with that in the future. And you're going to sit there and you're going to contemplate it. And now your imagination can play out a story, a story of getting yelled at or receiving criticism and rejection. Now, it begins to play in your thinking mind.

So how do you think you think in pictures so with your image imagination, you create pictures of more rejection. Now this point, worry and doubt are a repetitive thought in your conscious mind. And your critical filter has been so coded so well that your emotional mind receives this common input. And now your emotions start to get involved. And now your emotion is fear. And fear is a very, very, very, very powerful emotion.

So do you fight? Do you get mad about it? Or Ah, gosh, damn, we got another test or do you fly? Look, I'm out of here. Forget that. Or do you freeze, you just sit there and just kind of like you can't think you can't do anything?

Well, as we talked about, most of us are not going to go punch your teacher. But you may punch the wall or you may punch your test, or you may punch to the desk. Maybe you yell at your friends or you're always in a bad mood or your family or maybe you withdraw and you hide Salt drop out of school, do you run away and pretend to test doesn't even exist? Or do you freeze and do nothing? Do you panic? do you avoid the situation and eventually the stress makes it worse?

Well, now let's picture that word stress. If you look at the timeline that I'm presenting here, we have our past. And our past is filled with memory and failed expectations and criticism, and all of these things which have happened in your past code. All right. So our expectation of the future now, which has not yet happened, have a negative or the same outcome as we're used to plays out at the end of your mind. All right.

You begin to imagine more expectation of criticism, more shame. More guilt, or more embarrassment, or whatever negative outcome you can imagine. And therefore, you experience stress in your body. Now, in this scenario, the vibration is in your body, in your body, you feel anxiety. You don't think anxiety but you feel it. You feel it.

When your heart is pounding, you fill it. In sweaty palms, you fill it in shortness of breath, you feel like throwing up you feel headed to literally feel anxiety. And what results at this point do you think? And how do we think? Well, we think in picture so what do you think is going to happen when you're feeling this emotion, but this is not the outcome that we want, right? We don't want more reinforcement of the same outcome.

So let's kind of stop right here. And make sure that feel that your workbook and I'm going to see in the next lesson where we're going to create an image of the positive outcome that we really would like to achieve in this situation and start to practice and learn very effective techniques to get the outcomes or the choices that we want, not based upon our past, but based upon the techniques that we're going to get in the future.
