Open up the PDF download titled heart chakra affirmations. Let your eyes wander, and wonder. See if anything sticks out for you. Pick one from the list and repeat it as many times today as you can or use this affirmation as you connect with your stones in meditation. (If nothing really appeals to you consider creating your own affirmation.)

  • As you repeat it, notice if it changes for you throughout the day or while you are meditating. Does it seem to take on a different meaning? Does it bring up different emotions or thoughts? Is it comforting one moment and challenging the next? 
  • Write in your journal anything you may have discovered or felt. This is your final practice for the heart chakra.
  • I hope you enjoyed this section and are feeling open and connected with your fourth chakra as we prepare to enter the sound and purification of the throat chakra.
