Now I would like to share with you five hacks to boost your confidence. Let's say the Chinese situation is social situation, you are at work, you are in any social situation, and you must become confident in less than three seconds. What are the five hacks that you can use to become confident? instantly? I ready. The first one is the posture, the posture that you have will impact your confidence level for trying that right now.

Try to stand up. And that will take you to adopt the posture of someone who is not confident. So you should have a posture like that. And now my question to you is, how motivated are you to accomplish your goals? It should be really though. And now if I ask you to adopt the posture of someone who is confident, it means that your chest is open, your shoulders are back.

You had this trait. Imagine that there is a string pulling you to the sky. I talked about posture, someone who's confident, how do you feel now? how motivated are you to accomplish your goals? It's much higher. What has changed here is the posture because your confidence level and your posture are linked.

In other words, what you think about yourself, your confidence level will impact your body language. And your body language will impact your confidence level. So we can change the beliefs, we can change everything that we did already, that will change your body language, but we can also change your body language and then you will become confident. So by adopting a posture of someone who is confident, you will become confident. So next time that you are walking down the street, you are that that presentation you are talking to a manager and you really need to access this calm cadence. I would like you just to open your chest, shoulders back, head straight and you have the confidence posture.

As soon as you do that, you will become confident instantly. It's almost like magic, but it works. The second advice I would like to give you is that I would like you to talk through the person. Don't talk slowly. Because people who are not confident, they talk like that, and people cannot hear them. What you should do is I would like to imagine that the person is one meter behind the actual person, so that you can project your voice.

And when you will do that your confidence level will increase, because people who protect the voice are people who are confident. Number three, breathing. What you can do is to breathe deeply. you inhale by the nose, you exhale by the mouth, and you will do that three times. I don't want you to raise your shoulders, and I would like you to breathe with your belly. It means that the air goes in your belly.

Then you exceed. And you can even do that slower. And you see here, I'm totally relaxed. And I'm more confident now, just because I use the power of bracing. So use that it's really, really amazing. Be present, the more present you are, it means that the more in the moment you are, the more confident you will become.

So what I encourage you to do is to really focus on what is in front of you. Focus on your sensations. Focus on for example, the weight of the tongue. It's really difficult to be thinking about something else. If you focus on the weight of your tongue. Try that right now.

Focus on the weight of your tongue and try to think about the laundry that you have to do. It's really difficult. So that's why being present will really help you. So how to activate that. Focus on the emotion focus on the details around you focus on what is around you, and you will become a present and against also focus on the weight of your tongue. And the number five is to act is to act as if you were confident, as if you were 100% confident, how would the confident version of yourself behave?

If you were 100%? confident? How would you behave? And I would like you to behave like that. Give yourself permission to be confident, give yourself permission to say, Oh, I'm going to be confident now I give myself permission. I demand my body to become confident now.

And it would work. Because deep inside you, oh, you already know how to be confident. It's just that you have some fears. Maybe you don't give yourself permission to act as a confident person and the like to give yourself permission say How would my conscience Behave and going to behave like that. And it will really help you. So these five x years are hacks that you can use all the time in every situation and it will dramatically increase your level of confidence.
