So the last part of the positive focus, and then, so the last part of the positive focus and mental pictures, it's about transforming problems into opportunities. I would like you to see problems as challenges to grow. Because in your life, you will have a lot of problems, that people who say, oh, life would be so much better without problems. Oh, it would be boring problems I here to make you grow. The only time that you won't have problems anymore, is when you are dead. So if you are alive, you will have problems.
And I would like you to try to see them positively. Try to see the opportunity. That's it comes with the problem of like you to see your problems as challenges. And it's all about the perception that you have again, let's say that you have a surfer that sees a wave coming. He would say, Oh, that's awesome. That's a challenge.
But if you have someone that that doesn't know how to swim The ACC this huge wave coming for, for him, it's really a problem. So what I encourage you to do is to have this challenge mindset, try to see try to see life as something positive. Try to see the challenge that you have in front of you as something that you can learn from grow from, and try to find a gift. In any bad situation. In any problem. There is light.
And I encourage you to always try to find that and focus most of the time on finding the solution, not the problem. Because most people what they do is that they spend 80% of the time discussing the problem, and 20% on finding a solution. And it should be the opposite. You should spend 80% rather, you should spend 20% on the problem and 80% on finding the solution. And maybe now the problem that you're having you say oh my god, it will destroy my life. It was bad.
It was awful. But maybe in a few years. You will Oh, that was an opportunity for me. For example, in my case, when I finished my master's degree here in Roseanne, I spent nine months applying to all the jobs I could. And it didn't work out. I didn't know why, but people wouldn't hire me.
I really I had no idea and I had the great skills, but people wouldn't hire me. And at that time, I'm like, Oh, my God, this is the problem. I don't have money, disease, the problem. But then a few years later, I said, Oh, I'm so grateful that they didn't hire me, because I couldn't have created along with coaching. So you can see here sometimes when you are in front of the situation, say oh my god, it is so bad. And maybe a few zeda say, Wow, I'm glad that I had these problems opportunity.
Because if you will grow, you will learn from it. A problem is here to make you grow. That's how your problem is here. That's the reason that the problems exist. It's not to make your life awful to make you grow. So try to change the perception that you have.
Because you will become more confident if you see everything that life throws at you in a more positive way and say, Oh, this is for me, this is a challenge. This is an opportunity to grow. Okay. I'm going to take care of that. I'm going to deal with it.
