Now let's talk a little bit about your comfort zone and how you can take action. So here is your comfort zone, your comfort zone is, everything that you have right now is a zone where you are comfortable is where you have your habits, where you have your friends, where you know, like you really feel at ease. And it's also the results that you have right now. And here, it's outside of your comfort zone. It's where the magic can happen. If you have a goal now that you still haven't accomplished, it's outside of your comfort zone, otherwise, you would already have it.
It means that you will have to go outside of your comfort zone to reach your goal. How can you do that? I don't encourage you to do something that is really too outside of your comfort zone to reach your goal. Because if for example, you want to become more confident socially, and you are really shy and you don't know how to approach people, and really you go is to be able to approach high end people. And what you want to do is your first action that you take is that you approach a table of 10 CEOs, you want to know how to handle it so you go outside of your comfort zone, but then you will be destroyed and what will happen is that it will destroy your self confidence and then you will go back to back in and your comfort zone will be will be here.
What you want to do instead is everyday, take a small action towards you go that is a little bit outside of your comfort zone. For example, let's take the example of approaching people. Tomorrow you will approach someone on the streets The day after. You will compliment someone The day after you would approach someone in a bar the day after, you will ask for date. Let's say that you want to become a confident for example, will moon woman or men and this is you go here everyday you will take an action socially towards a goal. And if every day you take a small action that is a little bit outside of your comfort zone, it will just be a little bit uncomfortable.
But if you do that everyday what will happen is that your comfort zone will increase until you reach your goal and then you go, we will be inside of your comfort zone and you will reach Okay. Now what is really important is that when you are taking action, every day that you are taking a small action, I would like you again and again, to reinforce the action positively. You will ask the question, why did I do well? And what can I do better next time so that you can build confidence. And you can expand your comfort zone until you reach your goal. So you think about your goal, what do you want, and then you break your goal, you take you go and you smash it on the ground, and you take a small action and say okay, this action I will do today is the action that we'll do tomorrow, and it has to be a little bit uncomfortable.
So that's us Expand your comfort zone, and then you will be able to reach a goal. So that's how you can expand your comfort zone and take action. Most people ask me, Alan, how can I take action to become a confident that's it everyday you take a small action, and you reinforce it positively. And the actions have to be a little bit uncomfortable, and they have to lead towards your goals. So my question to you right now is, what is the goal that you have that you could take it, smash it on the ground, and break it into daily actions that you can take that are a little bit uncomfortable? Think about that.
And try to write down the next seven actions that you can take. And you will see that as and you will be moving towards you go. Even if it's small actions, you will start thinking well, you will feel amazing, and it will build your confidence because you will be reinforcing them positively. So that was it.
