After you have cleared that one room and you're waiting for the emptiness to feel normal: do this.

Keep on working on the rest of your home. It does not matter if you do it every day a bit or 'just' some on the weekend. Just do it and know that you're on the way to creating beauty. 

Doing the work is never glamorous, or spectacular at the moment. It's at the end when you turn around that everything comes together and looks great.
