Should you warn your audience if you're going to be covering boring material? No, no, don't do that. You'd be giving them an excuse to tune out. Start reading email. First of all, it's your job to figure out what is interesting and important in this presentation. Then you've got to bring it to life.

You can't give yourself an easy app. I know this is gonna be boring. No one's gonna say, Well, at least he told us it was boring. Therefore, it's okay that he was boring. You can make any subject matter in the world interesting or boring. It's your choice.

Your audience is going to hold you accountable either way.
