So you and members of your team have to give a team presentation a group presentation. How do you really go about this? Well, for starters, I want to set out some ground rules. Number one, you got to realize that when you are standing in speaking, giving that new business pitch, giving the report to the client at that particular moment, there's no team there to bail you out. You have to be a great speaker right then and you have to do everything well. So to some extent, you got to push aside the thoughts about team presentation and make sure that you have a really good presentation yourself every aspect of your style and substance.
Now the team part comes into play because someone sitting watching you is looking at the whole thing. So whether it's four or five, six presenters, it has to fit together. The various speakers have to be complimentary things have to connect they have to lead to one conclusion that you want the audience to make. So that requires a little more organization, and a little more planning. But I do want to caution you the biggest problem a lot of people have is they're so focused on the handoff, and everyone working from the slide deck that they don't realize that at the particular moment when they are speaking, it's still a speech and people are making judgments about you. Interesting, useful, or this person just going through the deck and they handed us the deck.
Anyway, let me check my email. So we're going to go in all this and more in the course Let's hop right in
