Before we really dive into your whole IPO roadshow presentation, I do want you to step back for a minute and remind yourself what are the goals here. Our goals are not simply provide all the information that the lawyers and the investment bankers and the people that provide in a way without screwing up and not getting in legal trouble, certainly we want to accomplish that. But that's not the primary goal. The goal is to sell our company to the investment community, so they feel confident going into the public markets, that they want to, in fact, invest. But more than that, it's much more than that. You want to start a dialogue with the investment community with Wall Street with the worldwide investment community.
You want investors and public companies to know who you are to trust you to see that you're someone who understands the business can explain the business And can answer their questions. Someone who is transparent, someone who's accountable, someone who can explain to the world, what your business is, why it's great and why it should continue to grow. So you want them to really see you as a true leader, not just someone who can explain the numbers. You got to do that. But someone who can really explain this business and excite people about the business, and someone who's accountable to this business. That's what you're after here.
So let's focus on the big picture. Before we dive into the particulars of how to give this speech.
