So let's look at a lesson from history around circa 1450. Gutenberg created a press. And that press released education, because the cost of producing books came down before that only the elite could afford the education of the time, because the books were hand written or they were printed in a block print. So it was, it was still very, very expensive. But Gutenberg press in Europe was very famous for lowering the cost of producing books. And obviously, many presses came after that.

And then so from that period, for the next 10 or 15 years, there was a massive, massive impact in society which we still see today. But how that was born, the Renaissance, the reformation, that a renaissance was, you know, the exploration, the sciences and the arts exploded. The reformation happened you People were no longer bound by the church telling them what the Bible meant. If I didn't speak Latin, they could actually read the Bible for themselves. And that became a massive factor in Europe. So, the access to education remove power from the elite, they empower the rise of the middle classes throughout Europe.

See the education set people free from where they were. And the upper classes now had a new group of people to contend with, which was the middle classes, and they weren't happy to remain the underdogs. And it was the book, the printed book, the great education age to launch this. Since then, things have gone on pretty much the same and then the rise of the Internet happened. And that removed the limitations of traditional book based teaching. Introduced visual learning to anyone Who had access to the internet.

And as we look at the rise of the Internet and how the internet has changed, well, we'll understand how education has changed. If we look back at the original education, it was books for hundreds of years, then audio became available, you could learn by audio, and then TV became a medium and then video. And what happened was we went from the written to the auditory to the visual. And each one of those add is something to the education. And then the internet is followed exactly the same path is very interesting. web pages, then podcasts now online video.

But what's really changed is the new markets, the new markets have tend to have no broad band infrastructure. So for them to get access To the Internet, and to get access to education on the internet has not been that easy. So, typically many third world countries or poor countries outside of Europe have struggled to access the internet. So there's this great education resource, but they can't access it. Now what happened is mobile access means that they have leaped over that limitation. So anywhere that there's mobile access, now they can access education.

And that means the digital education age the second grade education age has just happened. Access to traditional education can be difficult in many countries, either because of the government setup, it may be the education isn't available, or the distance to travel to education. The cost of education is so high. That means there's a hunger for vocational based education. And why do I target vocational based education. People want to take care of their basic needs.

So when they educate, they're often doing that, so that they can earn money. So they're learning to earn sets learn to earn principles, they want to learn. So if you can give them vocational based education, then that's going to be a very positive thing for their life. So that's what they're going to seek for. So the new markets, these are the two things, the two main things I believe, that are really, really powerful about the digital education age for those markets. It bridges over this problem with traditional education, and also, it enables people to get vocational base skills online.

And that means that internet based education is a new level. It means increased income for both first world and third world. How does that work? Well, educators can share their vocational skills with people in the new markets. And also people in the new markets, they tend to be very diligent. And when they get access to education, they tend to work very hard.

And they tend to value it very, very highly. And they develop expertise, that maybe someone in the West wouldn't necessarily invest in. Now they can then begin to educate themselves, and they can sell from third world to the first world. So video education and mobile phone access means the education access to Balance has been changed. Anyone who has internet access in the world can now access education. anyone anywhere, can learn new and valuable skills or teach them.

It's quite a revolution is happening right now. And we can take advantage of that by helping others. So although this causes on digital income streams, I'm particularly focusing on the education sector here, because I want you to understand the opportunity that is available for good educators to create residual online income businesses, where you sell vocational training, or you help people develop skills where they can earn money from that training. So it's a very strong emerging market is one to consider. And here's the principle. It's an old adage Many of you will have heard this.

If you give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day, you teach a man of fish to fish, he'll eat for life. So, me personally, I find, you know, there's, there's a value in this for me, you know, it's not just about creating courses and selling courses, I know that I can actually impact and affect and help someone's life. And that is, that is a payment in and of itself. The other thing you can do is create digital resource and tools for the education market. So targeting this market and thinking about helping this market could be very profitable. We'll go into some of the digital resources you can create later on.

But let's just say you create icon starter packs for web, new website developers, you know, you create starter packs so that they've got some tools at a certain price. There's lots of different ways you can tap into the education market within niches and once you start Realizing that this market is exploding, you'll start to realize there's ways to target your product to those markets. So the digital education age gives us a massive opportunity. And I encourage you to think about, you know, particularly if education based online residual income models work for you, developing and helping people all around the world access your skills, and your expertise so that they can improve their life.
