Welcome to the course on stress reduction and sleep for weight loss and health.

Congradulations on taking this online course to better your health. You will be learning about stress and sleep and how they effect your health. This course is a 3 part course with each part outlining a specific part towards your health. The 3 parts are:

  • Mindset - This is a video to help you prepare for the journey of change that you are about to go through with your lifestyle. Right mindset, right strategy, right result is the way to go.
  • Stress - This section covers the effects of stress, how it effects hormones and what it does to contribute to weight gain. There are also tips and methods on how you could reduce your stress levels.
  • Sleep - This section covers the fundamentals of sleep. You'll understand the importance of sleep, why we need it, how to rate your sleep and tips and methods on improving your sleep.

After this video you'll have a much greater knowledge of stress and sleep and the impact on your health. With holding a different mindset, I hope you can start to make lasting changes and improve yor health. With society having a general focus on exercise and nutrition only (which are very important also), I hope this course can shed some light on the other 2 major aspects of health.
