Stand in front of the mirror first thing in the morning and compliment yourself loudly however you like. Try to say at least three positive sentences and look into your own eyes by saying them out loud. After this, get into the power position for at least one minute, and then go back to the mirror and tell yourself what you're thankful for today. It doesn't matter in which order you choose to complete all these exercises. Just make sure you do them all. Whatever you're thankful for today, add them to your list.
