Good morning, give that mirror smile. And tell yourself what you're thankful for. Maintain eye contact and say it with confidence. Believe what you're saying. You deserve to have a moment to appreciate all the great things that you have around you. If you feel like doing the power position, feel free.
So as I said before, this course is just a guideline. You do what you feel. You want to do the power position for two, three minutes, go for it, you want to talk to the mirror morning, go for it. Notice where you need more work and do those exercises. Also, anytime during the day, you can use this to boost your self confidence. Now it's time for another list.
Please write a list of all the things you enjoy doing. It's important to be aware of what brings you joy. For example, I love Going to a coffee alone and buy myself a cheesecake and people watch. I love working out at home during mornings. I love having dinner out with my friends at least once a week. I love watching my series before bedtime.
Now choose one item from this list and get ready to do it tomorrow. Before going to bed, read through your lists from last week and this week and modify them if you need to.
