For example, I always used to hate my size. I always thought that they were too thick, and I was disproportionately my eyes. Today, I see them as a sex appeal. I have to compliment my size for long weeks before I learned to love them.
This way. I kept them trained physically and psychologically, there's only so much I can change about them. So I choose to love them. As you stay physically in shape is exactly the same how you keep loving yourself, you practice your training, which is why I asked you to repeat these exercises so often, beauty shines from people who love themselves.
