I call this the power position. But remember what I taught you about smiling. As you see it's a very open position. This has exactly the same effect on your confidence, just taking it to the next level. For those with low self confidence, this is going to be very uncomfortable at first, try to hold this position for at least one minute. If your arms start to hurt, you may lower them or just take a few seconds of break and lift them back up.
Ideally, you should hold this position for two minutes before the stress comes in.
