Your very first exercise is to get a pen and paper and write down what kind of person would you like to be? What would you like to change about yourself? This is important because it clarifies your goals will help you get an idea of how much work needs to get done, and which areas need more focus. As you progress, your list will constantly change. Keep this list close to you because you might want to modify it during the day or night whenever an idea comes to you. Here's my list from 2014
