Today as usual, look at yourself in the mirror. If you're still missing a few body parts, I suggest you complement them today and all through the day. Feel free to compliment yourself every time you look at a mirror. If you're at work at school, in the gym at the restaurant, just tell yourself how much you appreciate yourself. This morning I also want you to smile to the mirror. Studies show that our facial expressions have a profound influence over our overall feelings and mood.
This is a little technique I successfully use on my bad days. Keep it in your toolbox for rainy days. Remember, it is difficult to smile when you don't feel like it but your body will respond to your smile and you will feel a little bit better
