You see this list was a good start. But along the journey, I added more details more items defined how I wanted to achieve these goals and so on. But I had to start somewhere. I have to know how low I was to see how much hard work I needed to do. I self reflected for the first time in my life and it was scary admitting my weaknesses to myself. So now it's your turn.
