This morning we're going to start with the mirror exercise from first week. Compliment yourself loudly however you like. And for as long as you like, try to say at least three positive sentences to yourself while maintaining eye contact. Then take the power position for at least one minute. And if you want at the same time, tell yourself all the things you're thankful for today, or you can tell this to the mirror. It doesn't matter which order you do these exercises.
