Now you should have a good idea of what kind of person you would like to be, and hopefully, the change to reach this person has started. Now you know what you appreciate what makes your everyday is happier, you should feel more self confident and passionate. This week you will focus on your ambition and your future in order to promote success in other areas of your life too. You will also learn more respect for yourself because only then will others respect you. And finally, you will learn the power of saying no, and prioritize your needs. Because who will make you happy if you don't, but I'm not done.
I find a little extra which is forgiving the past to leave painful memories where they belong. You will practice to distance yourself emotionally from these hurtful memories and turn them into useful life lessons in order to start living in the now because you're getting closer to the end of the course, it's time to practice self motivation, so you can carry on with the work by yourself. By the end of the week, you will be fully equipped to know which areas in your self development need more work and how to carry on alone. The reason for spending some time on this course every day is to create a routine, which you can modify however you see fit in the future, but everything new takes on average 21 days to become a routine. So to see real change fast, active repetition is crucial.
