This week you will shift your focus, it is time to notice others around you and appreciate them. Before you worked on making positive and reassuring statements that condition your brain into believing that truth and slowly making them your reality. Now you're gaining of love to give some away. Here's your first exercise. If you live with someone, first thing in the morning, give that person from your excess love. Hug that person for a few seconds longer than you would normally do.
If you're not a hugger, this is a good way to start breaking down your physical barriers and get closer to someone you care about. If you live alone, choose a work colleague, a friend, a teammate, whoever you care about, and hug that person as soon as you meet. Tell this person how much you appreciate their presence in your life. How much this relationship means to you. compliment the person. Also, from now on the mirror is your best friend.
Don't walk by them all day without stopping and noticing yourself from time to time. Give yourself some love. And even if you don't talk loudly to yourself, just look at yourself and notice your confidence and beauty. Notice how great you feel in your skin.
