And if you feel you want to do the exercise longer, just go for it. You can also say general compliments like, I look really great today. I have an overall appreciation of myself today. I love each body part of me.
Remember, you don't need to say these words exactly. Just speak from your heart. The reason why I asked you to repeat it so often, because the more you hear them, the more you start to believe them. And if you believe them, everybody's going to believe them. To practice a new daily routine takes time and repetition. Even if the exercise feels boring at first, just keep going because you will see the results afterwards.
