Because a self confident person is driven and ambitious, write a list of all your goals and dreams. Don't limit yourself by rationalizing what you would like to write. If money, time and other factors were not an issue, what would make you happy? What would you do? Where would you be? Now that you're feeling better about yourself, it's time to take action about your future.
By now you have practiced making your environment more positive, believing in yourself and bravely facing stress and your insecurities. So let's put all those to good use regarding your future. It is important to have this written for the same reason as all the other lists. You can keep yourself accountable. You can see your improvements. You might even find out something about you that you didn't know it was there.
So treat this list with as much care as you had for previous lists. Here's my very first future goals list. I want to be able to travel without any limitations. I want to make a living on the road. I don't want to watch the price tags when I do my grocery shopping anymore. I want to be able to support my family.
I want to make dreams come true, my and others. I didn't know how I will get there. Just wanted to see my desires on paper so to know which directions not to take first I started declining opportunities that would have tied me down and started searching. I borrowed self doubt so many times on the way even to the stage of depression for six months, but I never stopped trying. And now I make dreams come true for a living as the life coach and I made this course available for those who don't have the resources for such a service? Because I've been in a situation when this was not an option for me.
I was low on money and I was very hopeless. So putting my heart and soul into this course, I hope it will get you started. It took me eight years from the moment I left my comfort zone, and three years from the day I wrote this list, and I'm not completely there yet, but the list was the moment I started working towards my dreams.
