Hello, and welcome to the final meditation entitled The guide. This is one of my favorite meditations because it can be very deep and profound. Because when you come to the experience or learn that your guides are actually real, then you know you're never alone. So go ahead, get yourself situated and nice and comfortable. And we'll begin to relax. So let's start by taking a deep breath.
Begin the process of distressing and letting go. Prevent again an exhale any tension I can breathe in and just let go of any stress. So just continue to breathe, relax, to unwind and to let go. And in this meditation, I'd like you to imagine a brilliant beam of golden light coming down into the top of your head. And this beam of light is from a higher intelligence from your higher self. whatever word you want to use and it's here to help you in ways beyond your imagining.
So welcome this light into the top of your head and allow it to sparkle as it begins to move through your body, welcoming it into your brain feeling it moving down into your eyes, so their eyes become very relaxed and very heavy. And you can feel the sparkling sense of peace and relaxation moving in to all of your face, your jaw muscles of your face your skin, your nose, so that your entire head becomes very relaxed and energized by the state. Incredible golden light that's moving down from your head and into your spine. So you can feel the energies of your spine begin to awaken to come alive. As this energy slowly works its way down your spine, relaxing and activating your awareness as it goes all the way down to the tip of your spine and you can feel this golden light moving out into your nerves.
So the light travels all the way out to the ends of your nervous system. illuminate your entire body. And you can feel this golden light in your neck and your shoulders and down your arms which are becoming increasingly relaxed. So this golden light moves all the way out to the tips of your fingers and you can even feel golden light shooting off the tips of your fingers and thumbs as you become more and more progressively relaxed, get more and more alert and aware. And you can feel this incredible golden energy moving into your upper body, you can feel it moving into your skeletal system. So it tingles.
Vibrates your bones. It's tremendous golden light. It's very healing and very soothing. Moving into everywhere of your upper body, your lungs and your heart and all of your internal organs and you can feel it moving into your legs which become increasingly relaxed, yet very energized. do allow this energy to continue down into the lower half of your legs into your feet. To the very tips of your toes.
Turn it from the top of your head to the tipsy. Your toes, you're illuminated in golden light. Now allow this golden light to permeate your entire body and at the same time to extend out into your energy field so that everywhere in your aura you're filled with golden light feels very magical, very sparkling, deeply relaxed and very peaceful. And you continue to breathe. Continue to relax You allow this golden light to intertwine with the fabric of your being very essence of who you are, is connected to this golden light. So as you continue to breathe and to relax, we're going to take this meditation deeper, counting backwards from seven.
And as I count backwards with each progressive number, the golden line is going to illuminate and intensify in a way that's very comfortable. It's very exciting in bury alive Number seven. Kill yourself going down, down drifting deeper and deeper. Six drifting down, down drifting deeper and deeper. Five drifting down, down drifting deeper and deeper. For drifting down, down drifting deeper and deeper.
Three drifting down. deeper and deeper into drifting down, down deeper and deeper and one drifting down, down deeper and deeper and deeper. Now as you continue to relax and unwind illuminated by this incredible golden light I'd like you to just take it in To be at peace for just a moment. And as you continue to relax in just a moment, someone or something is going to show up. It's your guide. It's the person or the animal or the object that knows everything about you.
It knows everything about you're dealing with cancer. It's an incredible loving presence. And it's here to help. It may be a person. It may be a family member who has crossed over it may be a religious figure already Animals color, a shape or a feeling a sensation or an idea or a picture or whatever it is. I want you to welcome that guide in now.
Be aware of its presence. In the next few moments in silent I want you to become aware of and to get acquainted with your guide. So just relax and welcome your guide in As you continue to breathe, to relax. I'd like you to go on a journey with your guide everything about you and loves you more than you can imagine And your guide is going to take you on a journey into your cancer into your walk with cancer. And just let your guide take you there now. They know how to heal cancer in whatever way is appropriate for you or show you your unique path into your own walk.
So just follow your guide to take you there now. Just a few moments to go on this incredible, meaningful and peaceful journey with you So just gently allow your journey with your guy to come to a peaceful and And what I would like you to do now is to welcome your guide into your heart. Just see or feel your guy moving into your heart, to be with you there always as you need to do is to be aware and to ask and to remember that you are so loved. You are so so just continue breathing. Give thanks. taking it all in and realize that your guy goes with you from this day forward.
You're not alone. You're not alone. And one more deep breath, take it all in. And when you feel like you're ready when you feel like the time is right, there is no hurry. When you're finished, you can slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious world.
