Welcome, I'm so glad you're here let's get you off to a strong start today. First, watch this video to set yourself up for immediate success. I'll share my top 4 tips with you that is key when beginning a new program.

Speaking of the workouts, you will feel the best, see the greatest results, and feel that momentum producing endorphin rush consistently if you take Tip 2 to heart. Honoring this intention, I recommend setting a goal to begin and stick to the strong mama movement for 6-weeks. Powerful shifts happen when you give yourself space and time. In my experience mentoring, training, and coaching hundreds of clients, 40-days is a perfect amount of time to:
  • Create new habits
  • Shed patterns that no longer serve you
  • Build a transformative momentum to carry you forward. The women who have found the greatest amount of success and joy within the strong mama movement have taken one of three paths over their 6-week journey:
    • 3 rounds of daily strong mama workouts: If you thrive when you lean into a solid routine, I recommend scheduling 2-3 full rounds of the strong mama movement over your first 6 weeks. Talk about results you would be a master of the progressions and imagine the strength you'd feel.
    •  2 rounds of your strong mama workouts if you're a recovering extremist, I highly recommend this path it's the sweet spot between stability and flexibility between routine and spontaneity. Over your first 6 weeks, you'll work out 2 days in a row, followed by 1 day of rest. You'll be amazed at how empowering yet freeing this pattern feels when you stick to it.
    •  1 round of your strong mama workout my flexibility craving mamas, this is for you. This option is about making the workout fit into your life by doing the workout every other day or even every third day. You'll be able to adapt to the program over time, build strength while allowing time for muscle recovery and you'll be able to release the pressure of feeling like you have to complete the program in a tight window of time.
