The third verse, The Freddy kings out front goes like this. The first lick he does, he's gonna start on the second fret of the fourth string and do this double stop thing. And that's the second fret of the fourth string is going to hammer on the first finger to the first fret of the third string with the open second string. So it's a double stop, you're picking down on the third and the second string. Then he's gonna go to the second fret, second, a third string, and then back to that hammer on on the first fret of the third string. So the whole leg He's gonna do this open six String Band and pick twice and then come back to the E where he's gonna pick down.
That's what I hear he's getting the fourth, fourth strings with the first with the left hand making the E chord. It's almost like the Merle Travis Chet Atkins saying we have. So this is like the bottom part of that the down stroke with the thumb. So I'm using the flat pick here. So let's do that whole first lick. And then he's gonna go do that again.
Does it three times and he's gonna walk into the A open sixth string, third fret, fourth fret of the sixth string, open, fifth string, which is our a is gonna do a double stuff like this. Which is an A, I'm going to the second fret, second and third string and then open doing the bass thing again. Like that, then I'm gonna get the open fifth string, third fret of the sixth string, open sixth string to get back to the E. So let's do everything we have so far slowly. So when it comes back to the he, he's just gonna go open fifth. He's not gonna do the, the downstroke thing. He only does that the first time around, so he does that twice.
Then he's gonna walk into the B I'm starting, I think it's from the fourth fret, you can use your third finger, Pinky, oh, fourth fret of the sixth string, open fifth, one, two on the fifth. And then our B seven, like we've been doing before, so like this, that he's gonna play this where he's gonna slide to the sixth fret of the third string, seven, five on the first string, then twice on the eighth fret of the second string, something like that. So and then right here. What I hear is twice on the open second string, which we've done before second fret of the third string, hammer on to the first fret. Oh, open first, right? So we got this And then we're just gonna do another one of these to wrap it up.
So let's play that whole third verse through slowly one time. And that's how he wraps up the third verse of outro.
